Cassie Fry founded Direct PT out of a calling to better serve the Huntsville community she has loved for over 25 years. A licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2007, Cassie graduated from Montgomery College with an Associate of Applied Science and brings more than two decades of experience in physical therapy. Her passion is helping people move better and regain confidence in their bodies through safe, effective care. Specializing in manual therapy for soft tissue and joint mobility, Cassie combines skill, empathy, and clear communication to guide patients toward lasting improvement. She values creating a “Fitness Family” where everyone can grow stronger together.

Dr. Sean Chen is a licensed physical therapist with 10+ years of experience in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. He holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and completed undergraduate studies at Dallas Baptist University and National Yang Ming University in Taipei, Taiwan.

He has practiced in outpatient and home health settings across Orlando, Florida, and Houston, Texas, and previously served at Tzu Chi General Hospital.

Dr. Chen uses advanced techniques including visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, and movement-based rehabilitation. He is certified in the McKenzie Method and trained in Kinetic Control to provide precise, personalized care.

- I love all sorts of things, but I like to spend a lot of time gaming, going out to eat with friends and family, and traveling I am really excited to be your therapist and look forward to working towards completing your rehabilitation goals with you in an efficient, caring, and fun manner!

Known for her unwavering commitment to patient care, she goes above and beyond to ensure every individual feels supported throughout their therapy journey.
